What is Hyrox

HYROX training is a hybrid fitness program combining endurance and strength, designed for functional fitness races. It includes running, rowing, sled pushes, lunges, and other high-intensity exercises to build stamina, power, and resilience. Workouts focus on improving cardiovascular capacity, muscular endurance, and overall athletic performance. Ideal for those looking to challenge themselves with a mix of running and functional strength movements.

About the activation event

11th March / Tuesday
Come anytime between 8:00-10:00am & 5:00-7:00pm for a 30 min Hyrox circuit

Hyrox is a fitness competition for EVERY BODY. During the activation event we will take you through the Hyrox Race Format and also have you go through a mini race that will give a you a small taste of what the actual event will be like. Even if you're new to functional fitness you will be able to test yourself with this mini circuit and determine whether HYROX is something that appeals to you. If you have trained in functional fitness before, are a runner or a fitness enthusiast then you'll get a real 'hy" from attending this activation event!
